Our commitment is to ship you the best quality plants we can source and package them in the best way we can.

Due to the fragile nature of the plant, some imperfections are inevitable and can be caused by transport and handling.

If any damage happened during transport, you have to notify us in 24h from the receipt and we will try the best to resolve the issue. In this scenario, if you wish to return it, you can do it within 3 days from the delivery.

For any return, delivery charge is not refundable.
