What’s the capacity of Ivy’s Secret Garden?
We host events from 20 to 80 guests. The layout is flexible as an event venue, so the same space works for a 30-person boardroom offsite or a 80-person networking event.
Where in Dubai are you located?
We’re located at Al Qouz Industrial 4, easily accessible from DIFC, Downtown Dubai,
Business Bay and Dubai Marina. Public parking is available on-site. Valet parking can be arranged.
Do you offer catering?
Yes, we offer wide range of catering menu. We cover international, vegan and allergy-safe options as standard that suits different budget.
Cafe’ service is available during the event, with unlimited beverage package available at the event venue.
How far in advance should we book?
For corporate offsites we recommend 4 –6 weeks’ notice.
Peak season (October–April) books further out, so earlier is better, first comes first served.
We normally require 50% downpayment on booking, in order to block the desired date and time for your event.
What’s included in the venue rental fee?
The venue rental fee includes private venue hire for desired hours, AV system, projectore if required, staff on hand, a dedicated event manager on site.
